Policy on Return to Sender (RTS), Expired Shipments, and Lost in Transit Due to Customer Error
If an order is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or invalid addresses, the order will be non-refundable.
We are happy to arrange a reshipment once the correct and complete shipping details are provided. In such cases, the customer may be required to cover additional shipping costs. Reshipments will only be processed after the returned package has been received back at our warehouse (if applicable).
To avoid delays or delivery issues, customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm all shipping details before completing their purchase.
